Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including most US territories. We don't yet offer international shipping — if that changes, we'll update this page.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time & cost

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Packaging

Your order ships in plain, discreet packaging from our fulfillment center. The carton will not display medical or product-specific branding on the outside.

Correct address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply).

Lost or stuck shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, contact us at support@embra.com and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we'll make it right at no cost to you. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
