Return & Refund Policy

We want Embra to earn a place in your evenings. If it doesn't, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You can return your Embra within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email support@embra.com for a return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.

What we ask for change-of-mind returns

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund it in full — your choice — at no cost to you. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a prepaid label right away. No restocking fee ever applies to defective or mis-shipped items.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we process refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

HSA/FSA orders

If you paid with an HSA or FSA card through our checkout partner, refunds are returned to that same HSA/FSA payment method, in line with the partner's process.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order — return the original for a refund and place a fresh order for the replacement, so you're never waiting on a back-and-forth.

Warranty

Your Embra Wrap is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or ordinary wear.
