- Contact & order details: your name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- HSA/FSA eligibility information: if you choose to pay with HSA/FSA, our checkout partner (TrueMed) collects the information needed for a licensed provider to assess eligibility. Clinical survey details are handled by that partner and its providers; we do not receive your medical survey responses.
- Usage data: standard analytics and cookie data such as device type, pages viewed, and referring source.
How we use it
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and, if you opt in, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To detect fraud, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.
- To improve our products, site, and service.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store, including:
- Payment processing (Stripe) to charge your order.
- HSA/FSA checkout (TrueMed) when you select that option.
- Order fulfillment partners who pick, pack, and ship your order (they receive only the details needed to deliver).
- Hosting and analytics providers that operate the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
